Juanita Dixon is one of the most established blues, jazz and R & B singers to ever hail from So. Fla. Combined with one of the finest B=3 players in So. FL, Mitch Goldstein and a tight rythym section, they produce some eclectic blues, jazz and R & B. there’s a lot of talent in this band. Bluuze Mama Juanita Dixon is no stranger to working with legendary musicians and top notch bands, packing houses worldwide with the likes of Tony Bennett, Dionne Warwick, Sam & Dave, Jimmy Dee and Florida’s own Dr. Lonnie Smith.
A native of Nassau, Bahamas Juanita moved to South Florida to study with the late Cannonball Adderley and her career soared like it was “shot from a cannon” from that point forward. Juanita travels worldwide playing in the finest of company at historic venues such as the Apollo Theater, Mother Blues and Baby Grand.
